Customer Service: Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the size does not fit, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange it for different model or size (subject to availability). Please send it the following address:

Please remember to enclose the following to your package:

• proof of purchase that you received with package – this is the condition under which we can accept the package
• filled Form – here you can download the form in PDF or DOC format

In case of Exchange you must place a new order for the product you want to exchange the old one for. It guarantees that the product ordered by you will be reserved for you. Should you not reserve the product we do not guarantee its availibility. While placing new order to exchange please write EXCHANGE in comments box and order number of the shoes you return. If we do accept the return then we will issue you with a voucher for the current value of the goods that can be used to pay for any item on our site. If a discrepancy in price of goods from new order occurs, price will be lower or higher, then respectively either we or you cover the difference.

Remember that:

• the item must be packed in its original branded box with all branded promotional materials intact including tissue paper and labels; the goods must be completely unworn
• the refund will be sent back to your card. Depending on banks, this can take up to 30 working days.
• you have 28 working days to return the items to us
• unfortunately postage and packaging cannot be refunded
