Customer Service: Comments system

Taking in consideration selling shoes in such an unusual way, we are fully aware of all doubts and uncertainties that our Customers may have. Therefore, to aid you in your choice in taking the right decission, we have created a reliable comment system for our Clients. Why is it reliable?

• the comments are posted by customers for customers
• the comments are posted by customers who made a purchase at www.butyk.co.uk
• the comment is posted only for a particular shoe model

With each order one can use up to 8% of discounts granted for posted comments. If the sum of the discounts granted for posting comments surpasses 8%, the surplus will be available to use with next purchase.
At client's disposal are also our assistants' comments. These, however, are clearly separate and are not taken into consideration of the average shoe evaluation made by the clients. Our assistants (a team of butyk.co.uk workers) have the possibility to put the shoes on and give their opinion long before you make a purchase, which may be helpful for you.

• How to post a comment?

  After making a purchase in our shop you may post a comment for a particular item. After logging on, under "Your Orders" fold you can comment all the orders with status "sent" , just click on "Review product" - right next to the ordered item.
