• 1. General terms and conditions

  1. Butyk.co.uk. is the destination on-line store for shoes in the UK and situated under web address www.Butyk.co.uk enables purchase of shoes through Internet.
  2. All prices are quoted in £s sterling gross (exclusive of delivery charges). The price of the Goods shall be the price quoted by us on our Website next to the illustration/description of your chosen products and at the time of placing an order it is binding. We reserve the right to change prices, include new products to our offer, add, withdraw and modify any promotion for products at any time without prior notice.
  3. We write out proof of purchase.
  4. Once you purchase our products you agree on writing out proof of purchase without your signature.
  5. The condition of carried through transaction is correctly filled Order Form, please ensure that all mandatory fields have been filled correctly, otherwise the form is liable to be rejected.
  6. You can order products 24/7 all year round. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays will be executed on the first working day.
  7. You have 10 working days to pay for your order. Should we not receive the payment we restrict the right to cancel the order. We will send you an e-mail with information about the situation and the reason for the annulment.
  8. With PayPal, you can shop on line securely and conveniently, all without sharing your financial details with the seller.
  9. Butyk.co.uk. abides the following consumer protection laws: Consumer protection Act 1977, Data Protection Act 1998, Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
  10. We reserve the right to cancel your order if for any reason we deem the transaction to be fraudulent or if any errors should occur on our website and in this instance your debit card will be refunded.

• 2. Returns and Exchanges

  1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the size does not fit, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange for a different model or size (subject to availability). Butyk.co.uk. abides by the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 which gives you the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 7 working days.
  2. Customers must restrict to the following conditions in order to return or exchange the product: the item must be packed in its original branded box with all branded promotional materials intact including tissue paper and labels; the goods must be completely unworn; please ensure you include a copy of your dispatch note or order confirmation showing your order number so we can identify your return.
  3. In case of Exchange you must place new order for the product you want to exchange the old one for. If we do accept the return then we will issue you with a voucher for the current value of the goods that can be used to pay for any item on our site. If a discrepancy in price of goods from new order occurs, price will be lower or higher, then respectively either we or you cover the difference.
  4. The refund will be sent back to your card. Depending on banks, this can take up to 30 working days.

• 3. Faulty Items and Complaints

  1. All products available on our website are new and have One Year Guarantee. If you receive item that is not true to description please contact us immediately.
  2. Complaints and Faulty Shoes will be examined in accordance with The Sale of Goods Act 1979
  3. If you believe your shoes to be faulty, please send them back to us for inspection with filled claim form. Please include short description of damage, your personal data and account number on which to return money.
  4. Please ensure you include proof of purchase.
  5. As soon as we receive the Complaint, we have 14 days to examine the shoes and inform you about the results.

• 4. Shipping and Payment Method

  1. Orders shipped to UK addresses will be sent via UPS. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
  2. We send the items from various warehouses across Europe.
  3. Should the ordered items cost less than 80 pounds, packaging and shipping cost additional 3,5 pounds. Should the cost of your order be higher than 80 pounds, we cover the packaging and shipping.
  4. All our styles are available for delivery across EC countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
  5. Our fee for non-UK delivery is 8 pounds and doesn't depend on amount of purchased goods.
  6. Despatches outside the UK are also sent by UPS. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
  7. We accept payment using any of the following payment credit / debit cards. This is a direct transfer to our account. In this case please make sure you enclose your name and surname and your Order Number (this information is necessary to deliver your items on time, lack of these information will result in prolongation of your order or failure in delivering it).
