Who? Leighton Meester, or fascinating Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl series. What was the occasion? It was Fashion's Night Out: The Show, the biggest fashion event in New York.

Leighton combined a fanciful dress with colourful boots by Christian Louboutin, colourful clutch bag by Louis Vuitton and Ivanka Trump's jewellery. The whole set must have costed a fortune. When I look at Leighton Meester I'm do not ponder if the dress was suitable for the occasion (to me it was not), but if it's really worth spending a fortune to look like that...?

Colourful boots are a rarity, thus one should compliment her on them. It's a shame that they had to compete with the overwhelming rest and the naked body. A modest dress would definitely draw attention to magical accessories and spectacular boots.
