Just because polka dots is popping up everywhere, from runways to celebrity style icons doesn't mean you have to wear it. But if some cute spotted dot piece had found it's way into your wardrobe, it would be a shame not to wear it. There's not much philosophy in pairing a dotted top with the smooth bottom.
