Pollka Dots is definitely the most characteristic element of the collection. Materials - stiff, close-fitting and moulding the silhouette. Mind the power shoulders, corsets and pencil skirts.

My first thought when I saw this collection? Discipline. Covered-up and reserved cuts were only enriched by the sweet hats. Imaginatively, but without splendour. Toned down make-up, smooth hairstyles and necklines up to the neck.

Sounds like 20s schoolgirl? You couldn't be more wrong! Marc Jacobs collection is the essence of fantasy and imaginativeness which meet even the most strict dress-codes.

I recommend this collection to all fashionistas restricted by the set of office dos and don'ts. Jacobs proves, that closing one gates, is opening the others, and even the strictest dress code won't stop the imagination. Just look at the jabots and necklines, lacy collars, expressive sleeves and beautiful sheen... patterned stockings and hats complete the effect.
